During August we had 1 new joiner in Muaz Nwer. Muaz joined us from MEED and heads up content research. He is based in Oslo, Norway – the reason he left MEED to immigrate to Norway. Muaz has been working on ABiQ type data since 2005.
We had one resignation in the research team. It was due to the change in research rewards from a full time salary to pay per effort. We are currently recruiting a replacement for the resignation.
The Dubai based team has agreed to a 40% reduction in total salary until the end of December 2020 or until when the cash flow permits.
If sales targets are met, an additional experienced sales executive will be recruited.
